You can look at the color of the antenna wire coming out of the powerhead unit to determine the frequency. For 372 MHz frequency the antenna wire color is - Single wire - yellow. Two wires - yellow and white

Works with All iDrive Torquemaster, iDrive Torsion. Also works with DoorMaster garage door openers, the following Quantum and Classic Drive openers 3214, 3314, 3316, 3014 and 3018. Works with the following Prodrive units 3220C, 3221C, 3222C, 3224C, 3320B, 3322B and 3324B. Check the antenna wire and it MUST be yellow or white. Will NOT work with green antenna wire. You may be able to program this keypad to open multiple garage door openers as long as they are listed in the above compatibility area.

Note, if you garage door opener currently uses the model 327310 remote pictured below this keypad will work with you opener

If you have the below 5 button 327308/309964 keypad and it is worn out the 334642 is a good upgrade option

This didn't take long to arrive and I like the flip up feature instead of a slide up like I had before.  Works great and easy to program for my existing door.
