Please do not leave a voice message since return requests need to be a issued a RMA number (please see below for more information).Please note that we are not responsible for your selection of the wrong item. ALL sales are final on the following items and no refunds will be issued:(1) Extension, Torsion, and Torquemaster springs since these items are custom made to each order (2) Logic, sequencer and circuit boards due to the susceptibility of the board becoming damaged from improper handling or installation (3) All electronic and electrical parts (none of these parts are returnable or exchangeable) (4) Weather seal since it is cut to size for each specific order (5) Cables & Belts (6) Tools (7) Lubricants (8) All items listed as "clearance" , "final one" or on the clearance page of our website
Star Door Parts will refund, return or exchange items provided the Purchaser meet all terms and conditions stated as outlined in our policy below. Please make sure you are familiar with this policy prior to placing your order.
Exchanges
All items except torsion springs, logic/circuit boards, tools
and bottom seal can be exchanged for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase (less shipping and handling) unless
otherwise noted on the actual products page. If you wish to exchange an item please Contact Us to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. No exchanges will be accepted after
30 days and/or without contacting us for an RMA number. RMA numbers will not be given over the phone and you must request and will receive an RMA number in writing by notifying us at Contact Us. You
must pay to ship the item back to us. Will not accept items C.O.D.
Items returned for exchange must
be received by us in original
and resalable condition with all original parts and packing (including
batteries, instructions, connectors, screws, etc.) in order to receive full credit. Definition of new,
unaltered and unused condition is that the part will show no signs of
wear or damage in any way. We will not ship out product for exchange until we have received the products which need to be replaced or exchanged. In order to ensure that you recieve proper creidt, you must enclose a copy of the original
invoice and write the RMA number on your shipping label. We suggest you
use a shipper with tracking capabilities. Shipping cost for return of
the item is at the purchasers' expense unless the return is the result
of our error. Depending upon the weight of the item additional shipping
charges to ship another item back to you may be required. We will let
you know when you contact us for your RMA number. Items returned damaged
or with parts missing will not be exchanged and no refund will be
issued. Returns can NOT be a special order item or a

Returns for Refund
If you ordered the wrong
part and we don't have the part you need or you just decide you don't
want the part you ordered you can return it for a refund within 30 days
of the purchase date. Returns can NOT be a special order item or a
custom order. ALL SALES ARE

is at the purchasers' expense. We suggest you use a shipper with
tracking capabilities. Items returned damaged or with parts missing
will
not be refunded. Also, parts marked as "exchange only" or "all sales final" or "clearance" (that includes all products listed in the clearance section/page) on the products
pages will not be refunded.
Our 90 Day Guarantee for Defective Parts
All of the products that we
sell are brand new and unused and are not refurbished or factory defects.
All parts come with the full manufacturer warranty. Additionally, we guarantee our items for 90 days from the date of purchase. However, sometimes parts can
be defective from the manufacturer. If any item you buy from us fails within this time due to a manufacturer defect, please Contact Us
within 90 days of your purchase date to inform us of the defective part
and request an exchange. We will send you the replacement item with a
return packet enclosed for you to send the defective part back to us. We will not ship out product for exchange until we have received the products which need to be replaced or exchanged. Please
note that all original materials (parts, packaging, instructions,
batteries, etc.) must be returned in order to receive full credit.

We highly recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail to ensure that you have a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit. Additionally, please make sure that you have: (1) provided your RMA as we cannot process your return without it and (2) included all original packing items.
Order Cancellation
We make every attempt to ship
all orders within 24 hours to get your parts to you as quickly as
possible. If for whatever reason you determine that you need to cancel
your order, please Contact Us
immediately to determine if your order has shipped. If you order has
not shipped, we will cancel your order. All canceled orders will be
charged a 15% cancellation fee. However, if your order has already
shipped, your order will be treated as a return or exchange as outlined
in our policy above.We reserve all rights to cancel orders or refuse service to any orders placed on this site.
