A Message to Our Valued Customers

Over the past few weeks, we have seen a rapid spread of COVID-19 throughout the country. As that spread has occurred, we recently have learned that a number of our suppliers around the county have closed or are in the process of closing their warehouses due to stay at home orders in their states. As you can imagine, this is going to have a significant impact on our ability to fulfill orders, especially custom spring orders and low stock items. We value your business and realize this will impact you, our customer.We continue to have a significant quantity of parts in our warehouses but some of those items are in limited supply and we don’t know when we can expect new shipments from our suppliers due to the worldwide disruption in the supply chain.

At this point, we intend to stay open. However, we may need to notify you after you have placed an order on our site that a particular item may not be available in the quantity you ordered or still in stock by the time your order is processed. We will make every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as we can.
