After being told that there is no garage door opener that is compatible with our type of garage doors and the only thing that can be done is to install new ones at a cost of over $1,200.00, we gave up and just lived with the 1 remaining remote that must be pressed many times to get it to work. I came across Star Door Parts website and decided to take a chance and bought 3 for my husband for Christmas. When I opened the package I feared they wouldn't work, while looking over the instructions I pressed the open button and my garage doors downstairs OPENED! Happy ending!
