The Liftmaster 888LM-1RT MyQ Conversion Kit is sold as a Liftmaster, Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman and Raynor universal conversion kit. Often times this can be the solution to upgrade to a premium radio system to enhance range or distance problems or solve other radio interference issues. The Liftmaster 888LM control panel provides the perfect enhancement solution to get instant access to control your garage door opener via a Smartphone (iPhone and Android platforms) or computer from anywhere in the world when used with the optional Liftmaster 828LM internet gateway. This control panel with motion detection will turn on the garage door opener lights as soon as you walk into the garage so there's no more fumbling in the dark to get in the car or get something from the garage. This panel is also equipped with Timer-to-Close (TTC) that closes the door automatically after a pre-programmed number of minutes, making it easy when you unload your car and also gives you peace of mind to know that your garage can close by itself in case you forget to close it on your way in to the house.
